As a practitioner, I believe massage therapy engages the whole being — body, mind, and spirit. It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Each session supports the body’s natural rhythm of healing by nurturing the nervous system, easing stored tension, and creating space for presence.

I’ve been practicing massage since 2017, after graduating from the Oregon School of Massage with a focus in oncology massage and end-of-life care. My work is an intuitive blend of modalities, grounded in presence and precision. Every session is personalized to meet you where you are — honoring your needs, your goals, and your body’s innate intelligence.

In addition to massage, I’ve been a group fitness instructor for over a decade, with a love for cycling, yoga sculpt, aerial silks, and kickboxing. I’m happiest outside — hiking, camping, exploring national parks, soaking in hot springs, or escaping to the coast. I also love journaling, film, dancing to live music, bubble baths, and I’m currently learning American Sign Language (ASL). Astrology and the phases of the moon deeply inspire my connection to cycles of reflection, release, and renewal.

I absolutely love what I do and feel honored to share this work. I’m committed to offering thoughtful, grounded care, and I look forward to supporting you — in body, heart, and presence.

xo,
Cody
