What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot make your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. For all appointments canceled or rescheduled within a 12-hour period, or missed entirely, 50% of the total service amount will be charged.
Do you have a referral program?
Without a doubt! If you refer a friend & they book a session with Moonstone, we’ll apply 20% off towards a future session of your choice (bringing it down to $80 for 60min, $112 for 90min). Unlimited referrals allowed & no expiration.
